Standard technical information (browser type, IP address, pages visited) for performance purposes only, not linked to any personal identity.

How we use your data

We use your information only for the purposes for which it was provided: to respond to your enquiry · to send our newsletter (if subscribed) · to maintain correspondence records · to improve the website. We do not use data for automated profiling or advertising. We do not sell or share data with third parties for their marketing.

CONTRACT PERFORMANCE: where a client relationship exists.

We comply with the Swiss nDSG (in force since 1 September 2023). Where we interact with EU individuals, we also apply GDPR standards.

Data retention

Enquiry data: up to 24 months if no client relationship develops; duration of relationship + 5 years if it does. Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe. Website usage data: aggregated and anonymised form only.

Third parties

We work with a small number of trusted service providers: Framer (website hosting, EU/EEA servers) · Email service provider (newsletter delivery) · Analytics provider (aggregated traffic data only). We do not transfer data outside Switzerland or the EU/EEA without adequate protection.
